Understand Your Options & Invest With Confidence
The Significant Investor Visa (SIV) Subclass 188 provides a pathway to invest in Australia while obtaining a provisional visa. At ODV Private Wealth, we guide you through the investment requirements and help you structure a compliant, diversified portfolio.
Nomination Requirements
To apply for a SIV Subclass 188 Visa:
You must be nominated by an Australian State or Territory government agency or Austrade before being invited to apply.

We can connect you with highly skilled migration agents to assist with your application and expression of interest, ensuring you meet all nomination requirements.

At ODV Private Wealth, we help you create diversified portfolios that comply with these strict SIV 188 frameworks, while explaining all critical concepts in plain language.
